  • Free standard delivery on orders over $250 AUD or $10 AUD per order using Australia Post.
  • Express shipping available for $15 AUD.
  • We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours hours (excludes weekends + public holidays).These times are subject to change depending on promotional periods, preorders or high-volume orders.

New Zealand

All Other Countries

  • Jewellery Boxes are free standard delivery on orders over $100 AUD or $20 AUD per order using Australia Post.
  • All orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping internationally generally takes between 5-10 business days.

Returns

Change of mind returns

We accept returns for faulty items and change-of-mind purchases on unpersonalised products (return shipping at your cost). Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on personalised items.

Conditions

You must lodge your return request online within 10 days of receipt of goods. You need to subsequently lodge your parcel at the Post Office within 15 business days. You will be required to cover the cost of return postage. If you are returning for a refund or store credit, your initial postage fee will not be refunded or included in the credit note. If you are returning for exchange you will also need to pay postage on the new order.
